Pat Dodds

Hello everyone! My name is Pat Dodds and I am a proud TFA alum beginning my third year of teaching Algebra I and Compensatory Algebra at the one and only Amanda Elzy High School.

I graduated from St. Lawrence University (a college so upstate in NY that the closest city was Ottawa) with a degree in chemistry and a certificate to teach Chemistry. Since I have survived institute, and learned from two years of teaching in the trenches.

I am ecstatic to be a member of the Mississippi Math Learning Team and look forward to providing assistance to you all in any way possible. Whether that means speeding up your own learning curve via sharing my own anecdotes or supplying you with a dynamite piece of educational technology that may help you manage your classroom, differentiate instruction, or even contact parents more effectively. My metaphorical door is always open so let me know if you need anything!
